Kalpit Jain is the founder and CEO of Wag Mobile Inc. Kalpit is creative, innovative and has a never-say-no attitude to getting things done. From iPhone to Android to Windows phone, Kalpit boot strapped WagMob with hard work, passion and a commitment to serve the customers.

WagMob is Kalpit's second start up. His first start-up was Indeon.com. He successfully raised $750,000 and built partnerships with Namaste, Rediff and Citibank (India).

In the past, Kalpit has worked for Microsoft Corporation in Windows phone 7, adCenter and Windows Core OS divisions in program and project management. Kalpit holds multiple patents in various areas.

Kalpit has a MBA from University of Arizona and a B.E. from MNIT Allahabad.

Avelino brings expertise and vision in languages and internationalization to WagMob. He has extensive background and experience in linguistics, natural language processing and localization.

Avelino worked as Region Manager for the internal localization and language quality assurance teams at Microsoft for 6 years, and then moved to work 6 more years as Project Manager in the Natural Language Group also at Microsoft. More recently he has been working as Senior Localization Manager for other companies within the IT field.

At Microsoft he came up with the strategy of creating a neutral Spanish language version across all countries for over 100 products, which saved the company one million dollars per year. He has also given lectures at European universities as a subject matter expert in internationalization and localizability.

Avelino has a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of Oviedo in Spain, and understands or speaks many languages.
